Abstract
The research aims are: Describe the influence of lifestyle and service received on customer statisfaction at Symbiosa Coffee. This research method uses associative quantitative with descriptive quantitative design. The population and sample of this study were non-probability sampling with an accedental sample method of 100 visitors to Simbiosa Coffee and data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, T test, F test, R2, Relative Contribution and Effective Contribution. The results of data analysis obtained the linear equation Y = 6.399 + 0.837 X1 + 0.217 X2. This is evidenced by the results of the Fcount > Ftable, which is 94.903 > 3.09 and the significance value < 0.05, which is 0.000. lifestyle variables gave a relative contribution of 95.35% and an effective contribution of 63.12%. The service variable gave a relative contribution of 4.65% and an effective contribution of 3.08%. The calculation result for R2 is 0.662, which means that 66.2% of consumer satisfaction is influenced by lifestyle and service.
