Abstract

In the current industrial era, the number of goods or industrial products is more and the competitiveness is getting higher. With the increasing number of goods and increasing competitiveness, dealers offer a variety of attractive offers, one of which is related to credit payments, the process is easy and does not take a long time. This study aims to determine the form of the cooperation agreement and the rights and obligations of the parties in the cooperation between Setia Budi Motor dealers and financial companies. The approach method used in writing this research is a descriptive qualitative normative approach. The type of data consists of secondary data originating from secondary and tertiary legal sources, data collection methods through interviews, observations, and literature studies, then analyzed by deductive methods. The results of the study indicate the form and content of the cooperation agreement between Dealer Setia Budi Motor and PT Indomobil Finance Indonesia which was made under the hands of PT Indomobil Finance Indonesia. Meanwhile, the rights and obligations of the parties are clearly stated in the agreement.
