Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectworld oil price, inflation, exchange rates, export values and economic growth on people’s purchasing power parity in indonesia. The study aims to provide information about the factors that can affect the people’s purchasing power pariry in indonesia. The data for this study were taken from the world bank during the period 1990-2018. This research is a type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study is time series data. The data analysis method uses ECM. The results of thisstudy indicate that in the long trem all variales have a significant influene on the purchasing power parity. Meanwhile, in the short term,there is no independent variable that an affect purchasing power parity.
