Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of credit risk, efficiency, liquidity and profitability on the performance of conventional banks for the 2016-2020 period. Sample selection was done by purposive sampling method. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 34 Conventional Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The independent variables used in this study were LDR, NPL, BOPO, NIM and NPM and the dependent variable was ROA. The data analysis technique used is calculating panel data using E-Views 12 software. The results of this study indicate that 1. The LDR variable has no significant effect on the ROA, 2. NPL and BOPO variables has a significant effect on ROA and 3. NIM and NPM has a significant effect on ROA.
