Abstract

The background of this research is that mosque youth need a mosque management training, da'wah management and organizational leadership. However, the mosque youth association can only be seen on the committee for Islamic holidays or recitations. So that apart from major holidays their religious and youth roles are not very visible. Therefore, the Youth Association of the Nurul Mukmin Mosque invites youth to be active in participating in religious activities including program activities that have been established and increasing youth religious activities in Karangasem Village. The purpose of this study was to describe the Youth Association of the Nurul Mukmin Mosque in increasing youth religious activities in Karangasem Village in 2021/2022. In this study, the author uses a type of field research (field research) that uses a qualitative phenomenological approach. In collecting data using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique of this research uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing and verification. After that, to check the validity of the data using a triangulation technique consisting of source triangulation and technical triangulation. The conclusion of this study is the role of the Youth Association of the Nurul Mukmin Mosque in increasing youth religious activities in Karangasem Village, namely religious activities that have been running a lot of providing positive activities for adolescents and coaching about religion. Irmas Nurul Mukmin's religious activities include: Prospering mosques, Muslim Youth Development, Community Cadre, Supporting Ta'mir Mosque Activities, and Social Da'wah. Activities include: Islamic holidays, Maulid Nabi, Isra' Mikraj, donations to orphans, social services, tadarusan, committees, fundraising, simaan Al-Quran, finals for children in TPA, shodaqoh cupboards, Night of Bina and Taqwa in the month of Ramadan and others. These activities lead to mosque, youth and religious activities. As for the supporting factors and obstacles related to Irmas Nurul Mukmin's religious activities, namely from mosque administrators, members, community and funds.
