Abstract

The Qur'an has a very central position in elevating human dignity as contained in Surah Al-Ma'un. KH. Ahmad Dahlan in interpreting Al-Ma'un with the main main activities: education, health, and also assistance to the poor and orphans. Al-Ma'un's interpretation is used as the spirit of Muhammadiyah's social da'wah movement in empowering the community so that many hospitals, orphanages, nursing homes, and schools have been established to date. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of Al-Ma'un theology in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Batang and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The type of research used in this research is field research using a sociological qualitative approach. Collecting data using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Technique of data validity through triangulation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and ends with conclusions. The results of this study are the implementation of Al-Ma'un theology at Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Batang, namely the application of habituation learning in the aspect of worship, having social sensitivity in the social aspect and cooperating with orphanages and freeing fees for those who really want to go to school. There are also supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of Al-Ma'un theology at Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Batang.
