Abstract

Training and work discipline have important roles to develop human resources in order to increase work performance. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between training and work discipline on the performance of employee of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Kota Surakarta. This type of research used is a survey research with quantitative approach where the population is the employee of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Kota Surakarta. The sampling technique used in the study was probability sampling. This research uses software named SPSS to process the research data whereas the methodology of data analysis using multiple linier regression. Based on the results of the study showed that there is a positive and significant effect of training and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Kota Surakarta.
