Abstract

This study aims to describe business management on a micro-scale in Pamriyan Coffee. This type of research is qualitative research with ethnographic research design. The techniques used in data collection use observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The validity of the data uses triangulation source and triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use interactive models, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that: (1) Management planning consist of analyzing business prospects, promotion planning, planning cooperation with coffee suppliers, planning in the marketing division, and carrying out monitoring of village farmers (2) Organizing the business is running well in accordance with the tasks, and employee responsibilities (3) Business implementation always prioritizes service, facilities, and product quality (4) Supervision is carried out every month by the leadership through controlling employee performance, checking raw materials, updating machines, improving marketing strategies, and service to customers.
