Abstract
This study aims to 1) determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT BPR Kartasura Saribumi. 2) To determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT BPR Kartasura Saribumi. 3) To determine work discipline on employee performance at PT BPR Kartasura Saribumi. This research is a quantitative research with a causal approach. The population in this study were 60 employees. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample, using the entire population as a sample of 60 respondents. Research data sourced from primary data. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. From the research results obtained compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation, motivation and work discipline have an effect of 92.9% on employee performance.
