Abstract

PT. Astra Sedaya Finances is a fund-providing company that engages in emerging automotive fields in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to understand the agreement construction and legal implications that will occur in implementation at PT. Astra Sedaya Finance. This study uses a qualitative analysis method, in which researcher collects data in the form of legislation, documents or from books in the implementation of agreements as well as its legal implications. The results of the study indicate that in the implementation of the agreement with the Fiduciary Guarantee is made using standard agreement made by PT. Astra Sedaya Finance, which is written agreement. Based on the legal implications, the parties must fulfill the terms and conditions as well as the rights and obligations in accordance with the agreement made and approved by the parties.
