Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational learning and leadership on employee productivity mediated by job satisfaction. This research is a type of quantitative research. The object of this research is the employees of PT. BPR BKK Wonogiri with the number of samples obtained by 90 sample data obtained through the Slovin technique. The research hypothesis was tested using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the P-Value was 0.003 < 0.05 or with a t-statistic of 2.943 > 1.986, Ho1 was rejected and Ha1 was accepted, which means that organizational learning has an effect on employee productivity. Leadership has an effect on employee productivity with a P-Value of 0.001 < 0.05 or with a t-statistic of 3.330 > 1.986. Job satisfaction has an effect on productivity with a P-Value of 0.005 <0.05 or with a t-statistic of 2.825 > 1.986. Obtained an R Square value of 0.646, this means that 64.6% of variations or changes in employee productivity are influenced by organizational learning and leadership, while the remaining 35.4% is explained by other reasons. So it can be said that the R Square on the job satisfaction variable is moderate.
