Abstract

The development of the times makes humans more innovating to create an innovation to facilitate their lives. One of the rapid developments is in the sector of transportation. Traffic and road transport are part of national transportation that must be developed potential and role in realizing security, safety, order, and fluency in traffic. But in its implementation there are still many violations that are carried out. Traffic violation is an act that causes a discrepancy between the implementing regulations and the actions taken by road users. Traffic violations are not only committed by adults but can also be committed by children, this of course will cause an important problem because the child is not yet legally capable of taking responsibility for a crime. Police officers as the front line in maintaining order and order in society must carry out their role in the effective application of sanctions against children who commit traffic violations in accordance with applicable regulations.
