Abstract
This study aims to analize the effect of the commissioner's committee on firm value moderated by firm size. The population and sample in this study were LQ45 companies with a total sample of 32 companies. Sources of data used in this study is secondary data. Data analysis was carried out with the help of PLS 3.0. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that (1) the audit committee has a significant negative effect on firm value (2) the risk management committee has no effect on firm value (3) the remuneration and nomination committee has an effect on firm value (4) the audit committee moderated by firm size has an effect significant effect on firm value (5) Risk management committee moderated by firm size has no significant effect (6) Remuneration and nomination committee moderated by firm size has no significant effect on firm value.
