Abstract

Disertasi ini membahas tentang internalisasi nilai adat Minang pada Pondok Pesantren Perkampungan Minangkabau Sumatera Barat. Fokus penelitian adalah pada pelaksanaan, kegiatan dan dampak internalisasi nilai adat Minang terhadap santri dilingkungan pesantren. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pelaksanaan internalisasi dilakukan secara terstruktur mulai dari pengurus yayasan, ustadz-ustadzah, tenaga administrasi dan lingkungan. Proses internalisasi nilai terjadi melalui transformasi nilai, transasksi nilai dan trans-internalisasi nilai dalam wujud dua pola kegiatan keagamaan dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler serta diperkuat dengan kewajiban mata pelajaran Budaya Alam Minangkabau (BAM) ke dalam kurikulum. Nilai-nilai tersebut memberikan dampak terhadap prilaku religius, sopan santun, kesadaran berbudaya, toleransi, peduli lingkungan, disiplin, mencintai Alquran, gemar menuntut ilmu, menjalankan ibadah, menghormati yang tua, dan berani bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa proses internalisasi nilai adat Minang pada lembaga pendidikan keagamaan merupakan wujud dari pendidikan kultural yang dapat “mambangkik batang tarandam” sebagai bentuk implementasi dari adat Minang dan agama Islam harus dijalankan secara bersamaan berdasarkan falsafah Minang Adat Basandi Syara` Syara` Basandi Kitabullah (ABS-SBK). This dissertation discusses the internalization of Minang traditional values at the Minangkabau Village Islamic Boarding School, West Sumatra. The focus of the research is on the implementation, activities and the impact of internalizing Minang traditional values on students in the pesantren environment. This study found that the implementation of internalization was carried out in a structured manner starting from the foundation's management, religious teachers, administrative staff and the environment. The value internalization process occurs through value transformation, value transaction and value trans-internalization in the form of two patterns of religious activities and extracurricular activities and is reinforced by the obligation of Minangkabau Natural Culture (BAM) subjects into the curriculum. These values have an impact on religious behavior, manners, cultural awareness, tolerance, care for the environment, discipline, love of the alquran, likes to study, practice worship, respect the elderly, and dare to be responsible. This study confirms that the process of internalizing Minang customary values at religious educational institutions is a form of cultural education that can "Mambangkik Batang Tarandam" as a form of implementation between Minang customs and Islam that must be carried out simultaneously based on the philosophy of Minang Adat Basandi Syara` Syara` Basandi Kitabullah (ABS-SBK).
