Abstract

The effectiveness of learning is a benchmark in the success of the educational process, where the learning process can be delivered easily by teachers and easily understood by students so that the learning process is able to achieve the learning objectives set. This study aims to find out effective learning methods when learning online in terms of learning methods, teaching materials, video conferencing applications, learning applications, and the allocation of learning time. The method used in this research is the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method. The AHP method is a method used to determine decisions made hierarchically and then weighted against the criteria and alternatives used. Based on the results of data processing that has been carried out using the help of expert choice software to achieve effective online learning, the results obtained which can then become recommendations for teachers are as follows: an effective learning method is to use the discussion method (0.314); effective teaching materials are to use PPT teaching materials (0.300); effective video conferencing application is to use zoom meeting (0.577); effective learning application is to use schoology (0.293); and the allocation of effective online learning time is 60 minutes (0.482).
