Abstract

Area of 9,325.96 Ha in Selogiri District. In this study, there are two objectives, namely 1.) How is the distribution of changes in the use of dry fields to built land in 2010 and 2020 in Selogiri District? 2.) What are the factors that influence changes in the use of built-up land in Selogiri District from 2010 to 2020?. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods, for the sample method and data collection with the interpretation of Geo-Eye1 imagery. The spatial analysis method uses GIS, namely visual, digital and overlay interpretation. The secondary data used are land use maps in Selogiri District in 2011 and 2020 as well as statistical data relating to changes in land use in Selogiri District. The determination of the distribution of land use is carried out using the on-screen digitization classification method on 2010 and 2020 geo eye image data by producing several land classifications, namely lakes, buildings, settlements, rice fields, bushes, rivers, fields, and vegetation. The results showed that the use of residential land, rice fields and vegetation increased or decreased, the type of use of dry land in Selogiri District experienced a very significant change in almost every village in Selogiri District where the amount of dry land in 2010 amounted to 376.73 Ha to 275.36 Ha decreased by 101.37, changes The largest dry land use in Selogori District is in Kepatiahn Village from a moor area of 177.08 Ha in 2010 reduced to 155.96 Ha in 2020, decreased by 21.12, Nambangan from 39.17 in 2010 changed to 17.77 in 2020 decreased by 21.40 Ha and Keloran Village from 25.88 Ha in 2010 to 12.34 in 2020 decreased by 13.54 Ha, the result of changes in the use of dry land that occurred in Selogiri District was designated or converted to settlements and buildings. factors that cause land conversion, namely population growth, accessibility and increased development of infrastructure for public facilities
