Abstract

In running a business, many problems are experienced, one of which is inequality in material terms. This causes the emergence of debt and receivable activities. The practice of accounts payable here occurs between collectors and quail egg farms. Where in practice the provision of capital in the form of feed is given certain conditions. This study aims to determine the practice of transactions and a review of Islamic law on the practice of conditional debt and receivables in providing feed capital between collectors and quail egg breeders. This research is a deductive qualitative research sourced from field research with data collection methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The conclusion of this study is that the practice of conditional accounts payable in the provision of feed capital between collectors and breeders of quail eggs is not appropriate according to Islam because there is a conditional qardh, in Islamic law debt that is beneficial for people who owe it is unlawfu
