Abstract
This study aimed to determine the performance of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Central Java Province by using the Value For Money concept. This research was conducted by taking data for 3 years, from 2018 to 2020 This research is a descriptive study with the object being studied is the data of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget Report (APBD) and the Provincial Government Revenue and Expenditure Budget Realization Report (RAPBD). Central Java contained in the Government Agency Performance Report (LKJIP) in 2018-2020. This study uses secondary data. The data collection method used is documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis on economic, efficiency, and effectiveness measurements. Based on the results of research on the performance of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Central Java Province using the Value For Money concept based on 3 main elements such as economy, efficiency and effectiveness of the activities or programs analyzed, it shows that from the economic elements it can be seen that the period 2018-2020 The Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Central Java Province shows that the criteria for economic ratios are obtained in the "economical" category. From the efficiency element, it can be seen that for the period 2018-2020 the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of the Java Province has met the efficient ratio criteria so that the "efficiency" category is obtained. then from the element of effectiveness, it can be seen that the period 2018-2020 the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Central Java Province has met the criteria for the effective ratio so that the "effectiveness" category is obtained. Based on the results of these studies, the Value For Money concept is very good to be applied to the Central Java Province BPKAD because it can provide a more structured and comprehensive performance overview.
