Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between vocational interest and learning potential with learning achievement. The subjects of this study were the X grade students of SMK business and management expertise programs which included a package of office administration, accounting and marketing expertise in Ngawi as many as 165 students. Sampling using convenience sampling techniques. The collection tool is a scale of vocational interest, learning potential, and end-of-semester test scores. Data analysis uses multiple regression. The results of the research show that in each business and management expertise program has a positive relationship between vocational interest and learning potential with learning achievement. And each variable has an effective contribution in predicting learning achievement. Keyword: Vocational Interest, Learning Potential, Learning Achievement
