Abstract

Illegal Logging can be interpreted as a practice that illegal logging along with the process not to follow the prescribed procedures. formulate the problem as follows: (1) How is the law enforcement of illegal logging in Ngawi District? (2) What are the obstacles and solutions for the authorities involved in efforts to protect forests in Ngawi District? How is law enforcement of forest protection in the perspective of Islamic sharia. law enforcement of illegal logging crimes in Ngawi Regency carried out with the general justice system based on KUHAP and Law Number 18 Year 2013 concerning Prevention of Eradication of Forest Destruction. Constraints, the community in the forest area whose economic condition is mostly middle to lower, the extent of forest area, community awareness, facilities and infrastructure. The solution by involved in efforts to protect forests in Ngawi District is to socialize to the community, routinely patrol the forest, make the village care about the environment. Law enforcement illegal logging in accordance with sanctioned Islamic Shari'a is given ta'zir, with judicial review.
