Abstract

Reproductive Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social health, not solely free from diseases or disabilities related to reproductive systems, functions and processes with health checks aimed at a series of organs, organ interactions, and substances in human body that is used for breeding that is promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative for premarital age carried out by health workers and / or trained non-health workers in accordance with their competence and authority. The purpose of this study is how the attitude and implementation of pre-marital examinations in Puskesmas Kartasura Sukoharjo. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive research type. The sample is 31 respondents. Sampling technique uses total sampling method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires to determine the attitude of respondents and the results of laboratory examinations for reproductive health checks. Data analysis method uses descriptive analysis. Based on the results of reproduction examination, it was found that the results of the pp test, the majority of respondents were negative as much as 90.32%. The results of Hb examination, the majority of respondents had a normal Hb level of 74.2%. The results of HBs Ag examination, all HBs Ag respondents were negative. The results of blood type examination, the majority of respondents have blood type O as much as 51.6%. Weight examination results, on average have a body weight of 50.06 kg. Examination Results height, the average respondent has a height of 154.32 kg. Of the 31 respondents who did reproductive health checks, as many as 87.1% were positive towards the pre-marital reproductive health checks. The implementation of premarital reproductive health checks at Puskesmas Kartosuro Sukoharjo runs according to the SOP of the implementation of pre-marital reproductive health that has been set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health 2015.
