Abstract

The research goal are described: (1) the influence perception school head leadership performance of teachers SMA Muhammadiyah se-Banjarsari Surakarta. (2) the influence perception internal communication performance of teachers SMA Muhammadiyah se-Banjarsari Surakarta. (3) the influence perception leadership the school principal and internal communication performance of teachers SMA Muhammadiyah se-Banjarsari Surakarta. The research uses quantitative methods designed census. The population in this research is all teachers SMA muhammadiyah se-banjarsari Surakarta which amounted to 110 teachers. Data collection techniques on the use of questionnaire and documentation. The technique of the data analysis of multiple regression. The results of the analysis regression there have been instances of the equation of the regression line is: Y = 73,803 + 0,707 X1 + 0,314 X2.. The show that leadership school principals and communication internal influences of teacher performance. The analysis and discussion obtained the conclusion that: 1) leadership school principals have a positive impact and significantly correlates with a teacher performance SMA Muhammadiyah Se-Banjarsari Surakarta. Based on t test obtained tcount > ttable = 6,080 > 1,982 and probability value < 0,05, that is 0,000. 2) the internal communication have had a positive impact and significantly correlates with a teacher performance SMA Muhammadiyah se-Banjarsari Surakarta. Based on t test obtained tcount > ttable = 2,925 > 1,982 and probability value < 0,05, that is 0,000. 3) leadership school principals and internal communication on the teacher performance SMA Muhammadiyah se-Banjarsari Surakarta. On the outcome of significance test linear regression and the worship of idols (F test) obtained Fcount > Ftable = 31,228 > 3,08 and it is < 0,05 namely 0,000. The coefficient of determination (R2) as much as 0,369 or was projected at 36,9% and 63,1% the rest influenced other variables that not be researched.
