Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and trust on the interest in revisiting with the mediation of customer satisfaction at Amal Sehat Hospital Wonogiri. The sample in this study amounted to 100 patients at Amal Sehat Hospital Wonogiri using a questionnaire for data collection methods. Data analysis techniques use Path Analysis.The results of this study indicate that: 1) Service Quality and Trust have a positive and significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction. 2) Service Quality has no effect on Re-Visit Interests. 3) Consumer Trust and Satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on the Interest of a Re-Visit. 4) Customer Satisfaction can mediate influence Service Quality and Re-Visit Interest. 5) Customer Satisfaction can mediate influence Trust in Interest for Re-Visit.
