Abstract

Crisis is a "turning point in history of life", which a turning point in life that has a significant impact. Depending on the reaction shown by individuals, community groups, companies and companies. This study aims to find out how the communication carried out by PT Gojek Indonesia, especially the Solo Raya Driver Service (DSU) in handling the crisis of rejected presence of Gojek in Solo Raya. Researcher used the apologia theory approach in communication to uncovering the phenomenon of the crisis. The method uses a qualitative descriptive with in-depth interview data collection and unstructured observation. The results of this study indicate that the crisis communication carried out by the Solo DSU can be said to be successful. There are four stages in dealing with the crisis applied by Gojek, the first is apology by forming claims in the form of other facts that occur in the field. Second and third is to make claims new as an effort to identify attacks with a public view with a positive image. As well as asking the public to delay the assessment until all the evidence presented. Finally, transmission is away of getting people away from specific things to more abstract interpretations of reputation attacks.
