Abstract
Surakarta Residency has a positive TB case of 566 people. The head of ‘Aisyiyah center is called to engage in social jihadist acts to take an active role in the prevention of TB cases in Indonesia. Known TB Care cadre indicated has not been well behaved in the discovery of suspected tuberculosis. This study aimed to analyze factors associated to the behavior of Community TB-HIV Care ‘Aisyiyah cadres in TB Suspect Detection in Surakarta Residency. This research was an observasional analitic research using a cross sectional approach. The study population were all Community TB-HIV Care ‘Aisyiyah cadres, 77 people taken by Cluster Random sampling technique. Data analysis used Chi-square test. The result shows that there is a correlation between cadre knowledge (p = 0,045), cadre attitude (p = 0,000) and cadre motivation (p = 0,032) toward cadre behavior in TB suspect detection in Surakarta Residency. Inconclusion, the Principal Recipient TB Care 'Aisyiyah is by holding training on a regular basis every 3 months, and to reward the cadres who excel in the discovery of suspect TB.
