Abstract

The use of shipping services in Indonesia in the last two years began to stretch. This is no other backdropped by the increasing provider of buying and selling services online. The number of online transactions in Indonesia resulted in more and more fertile delivery service providers in Indonesia. Regulations on the use of freight forwarding services in Indonesia are also evolving to adjust to the state of society. The number of rules issued by the government is none other than that consumers and service providers can run the agreement with conducive. In the treaty law itself, basically between the consumer and the service provider will be bound in an engagement. The law of treaties made by the parties to be proved by receipt of the transaction or receipt of shipment, is a proof of a valid and binding agreement between the two. Therefore, with the existence of various regulations issued by the government, is expected to be able to protect the interests of consumers and also the provider of goods delivery itself.
