Abstract

Trade world in this globalization era has undergone rapid development. One to be considered is electronic commerce (e-commerce), in which parties need not to meet directly on certain location to arrange trading agreement, but they can still do transaction in accordance with both agreement. In realization, e-commerce transaction gives various impacts on every party involved within it. In Indonesia, e-commerce transaction is regulated by Legal Act Number 11 of 2008. By the existence of e-commerce transaction system and seeking for good business opportunity, people then compete to establish on-line shop, one of which is Ranz Apparel online shop which sells products of moslem dress blouse and veil through internet media of Instagram. But, in realization of e-commerce transaction, there are still ambiguity and shortcomings related to legality of conducting e-commerce transaction and which legal protection to provide on parties involved in e-commerce, especially those who involved in Ranz Apparel online shop.
