Abstract

Problems in this research: (1) How legal protection to Employment Relationship in Company Regulation (PP) and Collective Bargaining Agreement (PKB) PT. Makmur Sejahtera Wisesa? (2) How is the legal protection against Termination of Employment in Company Regulation (PP) and Collective Bargaining Agreement (PKB) of PT. Makmur Sejahtera Wisesa? (3) How the ideal concept of legal protection against Employment Relations and Termination of Employment (PHK) PT. Makmur Sejahtera Wisesa. This study aims to: (1) Describe the norms of Corporate Regulations (PP) and Collective Bargaining Agreement (PKB) used in legal protection of Employment Relations at PT. Makmur Sejahtera Wisesa; (2) Describe the norms of Company Regulation (PP) and Collective Bargaining Agreement (PKB) used in legal protection against Termination of Employment at PT. Makmur Sejahtera Wisesa; (3) Describe and get an idea of the ideal concept of legal protection of Employment Relations and Termination of Employment at PT. Makmur Sejahtera Wisesa. This research is a descriptive analytic study, which belongs to a type of doctrinal research that is normative juridical. The approach used is the statutory approach and the analytical approach. Based on the research, it can be concluded that: (1) Company Regulation (PP) and Collective Bargaining Agreement (PKB) in PT. Prosperous Prosperity Wisesa provides legal protection to workers in Employment Relations (2) Company Regulations (PP) and Collective Bargaining Agreement (PKB) at PT. Prosperous Prosperity Wisesa provides legal protection against workers in Termination of Employment (PHK) (3) The ideal concept of protection of employment and termination of employment at PT. Prosperous Prosperity Wisesa can be realized through the optimization of work requirements especially on aspects of employee acceptance, aspects of performance appraisal and integration of compensation layoffs against social security protection.
