The population of all students of accounting education FKIP UMS class of 2014 are 226 students. Samples taken as many as 144 students using Proportional Random Samping. Data from the research were obtained by using documentation and questionnaire. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple liniear regression analysis, t test, f test, relative and effective contribution. The result of multiple linear regression analysis obtained regression equation Y = 2,103 + 0,528X1 + 0,117X2 + 0,079 X3 + 0,44X4. Conclusion: 1) Working in teams has a positive relationship to employment opportunities. It is based on t test result known that t count = 4,332> t table = 1,977 at significance level 5% with Relative Contribution (SR) equal to 40,58% and Effective Contribution (SE) 28,20%. 2) Communication skills have a positive relationship to employment opportunities. It is based on t test result known that t count = 3.588> t table = 1,977 at 5% significance level with Relative Contribution (SR) equal to 13,88% and Effective Contribution (SE) 9.66%. 3) The ability to speak to the public has a positive relationship to employment opportunities. It is based on t test result known that t count = 2,667> t table = 1,977, at significance level 5% with Relative Contribution (SR) equal to 7,97% and Effective Contribution (SE) 5,55%. 4) Time management has a positive relationship to employment opportunities. It is based on t test result known that t count = 3.507> t table = 1,977, at 5% significance level with Relative Contribution (SR) equal to 37,57% and Effective Contribution (SE) 26,09%. 5) Working in teams, communication skills, public speaking skills and time management together have a positive relationship to employment opportunities. It is based on result of f test known that F count = 34,043> F table = 2,44 at 5% significance level. 6) Coefficient Determination determination (R2) of 0.695 indicates that the influence of team work, communication skills, speaking ability to the public and time management on employment opportunities is 69.5% while the rest is influenced by other factors.
