Abstract

Background: Health is an important thing in human life, to be able to perform daily activities of human need a healthy body and there is no problem that can interfere with their daily activities. However, along with the development of the times, the needs of human life is higher which resulted in high human activity to fulfill his life. Excessive human activity can cause problems, especially if supported by improper posture. Objective: To know physiotherapy examination on CRS, To know US management on CRS, and To know ULTT management on CRS. Result: after therapy 6 times got the result of decrease of silent pain value: T0: 2 to T6: 1, tenderness: T0: 3 to T6: 2, motion pain: T0: 5 to T6: 3. Increased scope of cervical joint motion actively after doing physiotherapy six times, there is flexi improvement from T0: 3cm to 2.5cm, extension stillremain5cm, side flexi dextra still remain 7cm, side flexi sinistra from T0: 8cm to T6: 6cm, dextra rotation and sinistra rotation still remain 8cm. Increased scope of cervical joint motion passively after physiotherapy six times, there is a flexi improvement from T0: 3cm to 2.5cm, extension still remain 5cm, side flexi dextra still remain 7cm, side flexi sinistra from T0: 8cm to T6: 5,5cm, dextra rotation and sinistra rotation still remain 8cm. Conclusion: Ultrasound Diathermy (US) and Nerve Mobilization can reduce pain, increase joint scope of motion, and reduce spasm.
