Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the world of education. Teaching and learning activities that are usually carried out at school must be done by learning from home. So that there is a high learning loss in students. On the other hand, the Covid 19 pandemic has accelerated the process of transforming learning from conventional to digital. Nuraida Islamic Boarding School Junior High School responds to the problems faced during the Pandemic and after the Covid-19 Pandemic by applying a management concept based on Total Quality Management in its management, so that with this model Nuraida Islamic Boarding School Junior High School can make improvements after the Pandemic in the form of a management approach that emphasizes improving the quality of education.
