Abstract
Many educational institutions still carry out data processing and information dissemination in a non-computerized manner causing data processing to take a lot of time, the information produced is still inaccurate because errors often occur and the level of difficulty is quite high. There is a desktop-based report card processing information system that helps the work of teachers and homeroom teachers. The design of this web-based E-Raport is carried out using the waterfall method. Waterfall is a method that has a character like a waterfall, where the manufacturing process is sequential and linear. The E-raport system was successfully designed using the ExpressJs and ReactJS frameworks as the main programming languages. The features that have been made are developed according to the needs of Public Alementary School 1 Blulukan so that grade management is more precise and fast. This system information website has been tested using two methods, namely Blackbox and Usability System Scale (SUS). on testing blackbox testing the system has been run properly. The SUS test produced a score of 94.5, which means that the information system is acceptable.
