Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Brand Image, Product Quality and Price on repurchase intention (Study on Iphone Smartphone Users in Surakarta). The population and sample of this study were Iphone smartphone users in Surakarta in this study as many as 100 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The data collection method uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that Brand Image, Product Quality and Price had a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest. Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Price has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest.
