Abstract
Background: Continuous information related to COVID-19 will increase anxiety for fear of prolonged uncertainty; grief and separation; disruption of economic and social systems; the threat of national quarantine measures given to reduce cases of the spread of COVID-19. Anxiety is a subjective feeling that affects mental tension so that you feel restless and is a reaction to an inability to overcome problems or have insecurities. Objective: The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of yoga exercise on anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research Methods: This research serves as a critical review of seven Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) articles. Results: yoga exercise is effective in reducing anxiety levels to depression during the COVID-19 pandemic. Conclusion: Based on the results of a critical review of the seven selected articles. Yoga exercise is known to affect the decrease in anxiety levels, but the results of the study revealed that there was no significant effect before and after the exercise was given.
