Abstract
Makmur Inti Sentosa Savings and Loans Credit union is a credit union that was founded on the basis of the concerns of the people of Panjangan, Gondangsari, Juwiring, Klaten towards savings and loan transactions at banks that require a large amount of data or requirements that must be met for the approval of the transaction, especially credit transactions for the lower middle class. . There are many transactions that can be done at the Makmur Inti Sentosa Savings and Loans Credit union, including credit transactions, savings/debit transactions, and time deposits. However, in the course of transactions in this credit union, the analysis of the receipt or disbursement of credit funds submitted by customers still uses manual analysis carried out by the treasurer with the credit union manager. The purpose of this research is to create a special archive of credit transactions submitted by customers, from the credit terms to the customer's social and economic conditions. As well as the establishment of a decision support system using the SAW method for accepting digitalized customer credit applications. For the manufacture and development of the system itself using the SDLC method with the waterfall model, as well as for system design using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the system database. The system consists of several features or menus for quantitative decision-making processes, including customer menus, credit menus, criteria menus, sub-criteria menus, archive menus, customer assessment menus, and results menus to obtain a final decision on customer credit eligibility or pass. Testing the system using blackbox testing and testing the validity of the analysis that has been done with the system assessment with 88% over 9 credit datas.
