Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of the Effect of Monetary Policy on Economic Growth in Indonesia in 2000-2020". This study aims to analyze how the influence of monetary policy which includes inflation rates, interest rates, exchange rates, and the money supply on economic growth in Indonesia. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model. The sample data used is time series data for the years 2000-2020. The results of this study indicate that the exchange rate variable has a negative effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, the variables of inflation rate, interest rate, and money supply have no effect on economic growth.
