Abstract

Regional income is all regional revenues that are sourced from several components and are able to increase the net worth value owned by the region. Local native income is the revenue of local governments generated within its jurisdiction. High Local native income indicates that the autonomy of the region that is implemented is going well. This study is an analysis of secondary data on the influence of the regency or city minimum wage, foreign investment, and economic growth on the original income of the region in Surakarta Ex-Karesidenan in 2015-2019 using panel data regression. Results with the Random Effects approach showed that regency or city minimum wage and foreign investment had a positive Effects on local native income, while economic growth was found to have no Effects on local native income in Surakarta Ex-Karesidenan in 2015-2019. The government is expected to improve the quality of the workforce through various training activities so that the workforce in Surakarta Ex-Karesidenan has special skills and is more easily absorbed by employment, so that the workforce can make a positive contribution to ocal native income acceptance and economic growth in the region.
