Abstract

In the era of globalization with the rapid development of existing technology, it is necessary to have an archive system that will make it easier to archive. Before the technology, archives were still done manually. In the IMM organization, it is necessary to have an archive information system to facilitate archiving. The method used in making this system is the waterfall method, which in this method describes a systematic and sequential approach to software development. The result of this research is a Web-based Archive Information System of IMM Adam Malik FKI. This system will be able to store Incoming Mail Archives, Outgoing Letters, inventory and data collection of organizational books. Based on the results of testing using the blackbox method, it is expected that the system can run according to the initial design. All inputs and outputs run as they should and provide benefits for The IMM Adam Malik Archives Information System FKI UMS has an archive feature for managing incoming mail to record letters received from outside agencies, outgoing letters to record any letters that have been made and sent to other agencies, inventory to record organizational items ranging from suitable for use, light damage to serious damage that can no longer be used, and organization books to record books owned by IMM Adam Malik such as reading books, organizational rules books and other books that are considered important
