Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work family conflict and work engagement on life satisfaction through work life balance (study on female nurses at level III hospital, Brawijaya, Surabaya). The sample in this study amounted to 34 Respondents of Female Nurses at Level III Hospital Brawijaya Surabaya by using a questionnaire for data collection. Sampling technique with non-probability sampling method. The data analysis technique used SEM PLS analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Working Family conflict, Work Engagement has a positive and significant impact on Life Satisfaction. 2) Work Family Conflict has a positive and significant impact on Work Life Balance. 3) Work Engagement has a positive and insignificant effect on Work Life Balance, 4) Work Life Balance has a positive and insignificant effect on Life Satisfaction 5) Work life balance cannot mediate the relationship of work family conflict on life satisfaction
