Abstract

This study aims to describe how the implementation of Islamic religious education learning from farming families in the pandemic era of State Junior High School 2 Tulung, Tulung District, Klaten Regency. This research was motivated by the implementation of Islamic religious education learning for students of SMP Negeri 2 Tulung especially for farming families which was carried out online due to the covid-19 pandemic. Islamic religious education learning during the pandemic is not only teachers who are in schools who have a role in teaching students, but parents also have a very important role in educating children in the science of religion. With that, a problem can be formulated, namely how to implement. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with a sociological research approach. The author uses the method of interview, observation and documentation in order to collect data. Then the data analysis technique that the author uses uses the deductive method of thinking, namely drawing conclusions based on general conditions, or there are special findings from general ones. Then use analytical steps such as data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From this research, it can be concluded that the learning of Islamic education in schools is quite good. Schools are only able to provide theory during online learning. This is related to the process of implementing learning carried out by Islamic Religious Education teachers who have fulfilled the components in teaching in accordance with online learning procedures. And the implementation of Islamic religious education learning carried out by parents is still very lacking in assisting children's learning. However, parents are still trying to ensure that their children continue to receive assistance from other family members. Parenting applied to farming families is a democratic parenting style.
