Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of skills and work experience on employee performance. This research is include in comparative quantitative research, namely research conducted to compare between several groups on variable. The population of this research is PT. Guwatirta Sejahtera employees with the number of samples taken is 60 people. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Methods of collecting data using a questionnaire on google form with the help of HRD from PT. Guwatirta Sejahtera to pass it on to employees and processed using SPSS analysis tool software. The result of this study show that the skill variable has a positive effect on employee performance, and work experience variable has a positive effect on employee performance.
