Abstract

This study examines the effect of intrinsic motivation and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and employee performance in a work from home perspective. This study involved 205 respondents who were employees who were WFH or had WFH, using non-probability sampling analysis and purposive sampling techniques to take employees as respondents. The data collection tool in this study used the SEM model with a partial least squares (PLS) approach. The results of this study are intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in the work from home (WFH) perspective, Affective Commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction in the work from home (WFH) perspective, Continuance Commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction work in the perspective of work from home (WFH), normative commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in the perspective of work from home (WFH) and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the perspective of work from home (WFH).
