Abstract

A vibrator drum compactor vibration is in a drum compactor that serves soil compaction .sistem motion move compactor use travel motor where fluid from the pump governed by control valve selanjutna used to move the motor as actuator travel and reduced by reduction gear sehingg can rotate. whell drum or roller Unbalance is a key component in the units compactor vibro vibrations to produce maximum. Procedure by conducting a vibrator, test performance and checking visually and disassembly do to check, components after his analysis of the results to see damage occurring in vibratin compactor. The results of the analysis showed that vibration component is damaged unbalance the had cracked/ rupture bering, scratch experience shafts unbalance, scratch experience and oring-seal damaged so vibrator unable to vibrate in Maximum, the next step done by replacing damaged and clean components all of the components of shit.
