Abstract
Pre-Delivery inspection is one of the quality control processes that are very important for a manufacturer to guarantee the quality and control the quality of the products produced. So that it can create products consistently and maintain good quality. Indirectly it will also maintain the safety and trust of users in the products they use. The Pre-Delivery inspection mechanism is carried out by inspecting the parts listed on the worksheet and manual on the tractor unit, inputting serial number data and documents on the unit. Also, repairs if there are defects from the factory or malfunctions in-unit components, adding lubricant, hydraulic oil, and coolant if they are less than specifications, checking the work function of unit parts. This inspection is carried out on all components starting from the engine compartment, under carrier, interior, and exterior on the tractor unit. And also includes adding accessories to the unit according to customer requests.
