Abstract

The Qur'an is the main basis that every Muslim must believe and learn, both at the level of formal education, informal education and everyday life. Learning the Qur'an whether it's reading, interpreting, understanding its contents is a form of individual awareness of their obligations as servants of Allah SWT. Learning the Qur'an is not only seasonal, it takes continuous effort both practice, training and maximizing time to be able to go hand in hand to be able to get a broad understanding in deepening the Qur'an. This study aims to describe the strategy of implementing tahfiz Al-Qur'an in Ma'had Al-Islam Darussalam Sragen and also to describe the extent to which the implementation of the effectiveness of the learning strategy is carried out. This research is a type of field research (field research). The object of data collection from this research is Ma'had Al-Islam Darussalam Sragen. The technique of collecting data is by conducting interviews. Observation and documentation, data analysis and using deductive analysis methods. This study shows that the strategy of implementing tahfiz Al-Qur'an in Ma'had Al-Islam Darussalam has memorization achievements that are targeted according to the level of each level. The concept of strategy is applied by deepening the basic knowledge of tajwid as the main basis before memorizing, then doing it by dividing into groups or halaqah, then they memorize independently. The method used starts from mentalqi, tasmi and murajaah. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the researchers can conclude that the strategy used at Mahad Al Islam Darussalam is quite effective, namely that most of the students can achieve the desired target, for the tsanawiyah level there are 6 chapters and Aliyah 30 chapters. Complete support facilities and full encouragement from parents make it more motivational in memorizing the Qur'an. The obstacle is that more adaptation is needed to be able to make students feel comfortable in life at the pesantren.
