Abstract

Consumer financing is a loan given by a company to debtors to purchase goods and services that will be directly consumed by consumers and are not used for production or distribution purposes. With a consumer financing system that allows finance companies to provide financial assistance to purchase products from companies in the group, which are called captive finance companies. PT. BCA Finance, in conducting consumer financing, uses a standard form of agreement that binds the parties. In practice, consumer financing agreements are not consensual agreements followed by real agreements (submission of down payment and delivery of goods). as a result of the car purchase financing agreement at PT. BCA finance creates a legal relationship to bind the parties to perform their rights and obligations in accordance with the agreement.
