Abstract

This study aims to determine the supervision of BUMDes Tirta Mandiri Ponggok Village based on Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, and to analyze the concept of monitoring the management of BUMDes Tirta Mandiri Ponggok Village which preventively prevents irregularities. This research includes empirical juridical law research with a descriptive approach method. Data and data sources obtained from primary data and secondary data. Primary data are observations and interviews, while secondary data are obtained from legal materials in the form of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Data collection techniques through field studies, namely observation and interviews. The data analysis method used descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study indicate that the village development monitoring mechanism based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages can be carried out by village communities by reporting the results of monitoring and various complaints to the Village Government and the Village Consultative Team. Meanwhile, the concept of supervision is carried out by the Internal Supervisory Team and Bapermas and village communities through five stages, namely standard setting, standard measurement determination, activity implementation measurement, comparison of implementation with standards and analysis of deviations, then taking corrective action. This is to avoid fraudulent practices and as a preventive measure in preventing corrupt practices, but there are still obstacles, namely the lack of competent human resources, so supervision training is necessary.
