Abstract

Violations of the Specific Time Work Agreement arise due to deviations from the Specific Time Work Agreement which are not based on the Manpower Act and deviations in the implementation of the rules which result in the non-fulfillment of the rights and obligations of one party and another. In this study, the authors formulate the problem, namely how to apply a Specific Time Work Agreement at PT. Pantjatunggal Knitting Mill in terms of the applicable legal rules in Indonesia and how the legal liability in the event of a default in the Specific Time Work Agreement at PT. Pantjatunggal Knitting Mill. This study uses a normative juridical method by using the types and sources of data in the form of secondary data, then describes the agreements and clauses in them based on the Civil Code and Law no. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, then analyze the clauses contained in the PT. Pantjatunggal Knitting Mill whether it is in accordance with the provisions of the Act or not as well as analyzing legal liability in the event of a default in the Specific Time Work Agreement at PT. Pantjatunggal Knitting Mill. If it is based on the existing provisions, namely the Civil Code and Law no. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, some clauses in the agreement are in accordance with the provisions of the law and some are not.
