Abstract

This research is entitled "Debt Settlement in Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Jipang Village, Penawangan District, Grobogan Regency According to the Perspective of Islamic Law". Starting from the problem "How is the settlement of debts in the Jipang Village-Owned Enterprises, Penawangan District, Grobogan Regency? and What is the Islamic Law Perspective on the settlement of debts in the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Jipang Village, Penawangan District, Grobogan Regency?. The purpose of this study was to find out how the settlement of debts in the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Jipang, Penawangan District, Grobogan Regency and to find out the review of Islamic Law regarding the settlement of debts in the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Jipang, Penawangan District, Grobogan Regency. . This type of research is descriptive-qualitative field research. The data that the authors collect is from the results of direct interviews with related parties. One of the muamalah practices that occur in Jipang Village, Penawangan District, Grobogan Regency is debts between the surrounding community and the village-owned enterprise organization (BUMDes). Many participated in the debt-receivable program but many residents did not pay off their debts according to a predetermined agreement. Where when the public wants to make a loan, they must submit a photocopy of their ID card and also the customer will be given the option of paying 10x or 12x installments of the loan and also 2% interest.
