Abstract

Today's tourism is one of the industrial fields which in its development has rapid growth and has become one of the important components of a country in an effort to improve its economy. Although the tourism industry in Indonesia is progressing and increasing tourist visits, this sector is still vulnerable to increasing factors such as tourist facilities, natural environment, local community welfare, security, and others. With this, a concept of sustainable tourism development has emerged which aims to develop tourism development in the long term. For this reason, a case study was taken in the Kebonagung area. Kebonagung itself is a tourist area that features educational and cultural tourism. However, the management of the village is still temporary, not considering future development. To carry the concept of sustainable tourism, its development is through creative tourism related to environmentally friendly tourism and based on local culture. So the author conducts research and designs what needs to be maximized again in the Kebonagung Village to accommodate and facilitate existing activities in order to achieve sustainable tourism.
